1. General Policy
This app stores your match data (scores, notes, etc.) in the cloud (Firebase) to enable multi-device sync and data sharing with friends.
2. Account and Cloud Sync
An account is required to use this app. We use email and password authentication via Firebase Authentication. Your registered email is used only for authentication and account recovery.
3. Data We Collect
- Account information: email, user ID, nickname, icon, affiliation, category, level, bio
- Match data: scores, point outcomes, opponent info, notes
- Friend connections: friend list, sharing settings
- Usage data: last login date (for service improvement)
4. Purpose of Data Use
- Storing and syncing match data
- Sharing data between friends
- Account authentication and management
- Service improvement and bug fixes
5. User Choices
Account deletion: You can delete all data from "Settings > Delete Account" in the app (irreversible).
6. Data Retention
Data is retained in the cloud until you delete your account. All related data is deleted when you delete your account.
7. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated due to new features or changes in laws and guidelines. We will notify you within the app of significant changes.
